In all things, may we not find joy in the journey rather than the destination?
The world changes, seasons pass, and yet in each fleeting moment, there is a beauty to be embraced.
A heart that seeks beauty in the ordinary finds the richness of life itself.
Born in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Southern BC, I was raised in the quiet town of Cranbrook, BC.
In high-school during an ICT class, I discovered my love for computers and electronics.
It was also in high school that I found my love for photography, taking classes on the technicalities of photo composition.
Through my work in Real Estate I further explored technology and media creation. During this time I gained experience in photography, videography, web-design, AWS, and creating Pano-Tours (high-fidelity Photogrametry).
I went on to freelance Photography and Videography for other real estate agents, which persisted for a number of years. This resulted in over 100 jobs for my established clientele over the next 4 years; to whom I am extremely grateful.
In order to further pursue my digital passions through education, I enrolled in a Computer Science program through Athabasca University, where I focused on Business, Software Engineering, and Game Development and Design.
While studying, I contributed coding to a number of online projects to further expand my skills and apply algorithms to real-world projects. It was also around this time that I took up Japanese Handwriting.
Graduated from Athabasca University with Honors and Distinction. It was also at this time that I started bodybuilding training.
After years of study and preparation, I finally moved to Japan to study and gain more experience in Global Relations and a deeper cultural appreciation.
